Nestled on gentle slopes between Honiton and Cullompton in East Devon, South Farm offers superb self-contained holiday accommodation with a choice of six self catering cottages and a large farm house with its own hot tub, catering for up to 42 people. South Farm is an idyllic holiday destination within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty less than an hour’s drive from Exmoor or Dartmoor.

All our guests at South Farm Holiday Cottages and Fishery can enjoy stunning views and share the wonderful facilities, which include a communal games barn with badminton, table tennis, toys, books and board games - ideal for the children to let off steam. Meanwhile, the adults can indulge in the sauna and spa, use the gym, or perhaps have a relaxing swim in the solar-heated outdoor swimming pool after a “knock about” on our tennis court.

The grounds at South Farm are extensive and include picnic tables and a children’s play-area with trampoline and play tower. The use of barbecues is also available. Close to the self catering holiday cottages are three well-stocked carp / coarse fishing lakes. The surrounding fields are where deer and buzzards roam, and as night falls you may even see the badger family and foxes that often pay us an evening visit.

All our holiday cottages are dog friendly - they will just love the long walks through the woodlands and open fields in and around the area. If you can tear yourselves away, nearby Honiton, Tiverton, Taunton or Exeter are all worth a visit, although once you are settled at the holiday complex, leaving will be the last thing on your mind.
