Sea View Villa is a hidden gem and one of the finest houses in Lynmouth. This beautiful grade II listed Georgian building dates back to 1721 and commands stunning views over the harbour and the sea beyond. It would be difficult to find a more peaceful, elegant place to stay in this famous and bustling harbour side village.

We have created a luxurious environment at Sea View Villa, in which our guests can expect the highest standard with meticulous attention to detail and personalised customer service.

All rooms have stunning sea views and are equipped with tea/coffee facilities, TV/VCR & CD/alarms. We also supply a range of video films to while away the evenings. The showers are powerful and hot water is plentiful. Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and bath sheets are provided in every bedroom to enhance your stay. We also offer a luxurious range of complimentary toiletries for you to pamper & relax yourselves.

Rooms 1 & 2 (middle floor): This suite comprises of a double and single room with interconnecting en-suite with shower. The room is decorated in vanilla and ginger tones using sumptuous Indian silk fabrics to accessorise. (Room 1 is only available when there are three guests in the party.)

Room 3 (middle floor): This room is an en suite double with shower, which also enjoys sea views. The room is decorated in shades of vanilla and black with luxurious fabrics used to add that extra bit of comfort.

Rooms 4 & 5 (top floor): These rooms are twin-bedded and share a bathroom. They are decorated in warm berry tones and vanilla and accessorised with suede soft furnishings. (These rooms are only both let if the guests are from the same party.)

Walking and surfing are the most popular pursuits of holidaymakers in this most scenic part of the North Devon coast. Most of the walks can be taken directly from our front door, including the famous Two-Moors Way and the Valley of The Rocks. For the less energetic, the car is an equally enjoyable mode of transport and the country lanes and scenic coastal routes are exceptional, as are the many villages and towns of Exmoor, all of which offer something special for the visitor.
